Ensuring your comfort all year round
At BBS Air Conditioning, we recognise the responsibility associated with maintaining installations whether that be a statutory maintenance obligation or business critical plant.
“Regular, scheduled servicing known as Planned Preventive Maintenance must be carried out to keep air conditioning equipment in top working order, optimising its accuracy and efficiency.”
Preventive maintenance reduces any possibility of equipment failing before they actually do, and enhances the reliability of equipment by replacing any worn components prior to them failing.
Maintenance of your air conditioning includes regular and routine cleaning, calibrating & adjusting, lubricating, testing, and, where necessary, replacing components and avoiding breakdown.
Our highly skilled Air Con engineers service and maintain a wide range of equipment:
- Small split systems to VRV systems
- Large water chillers
- Cold rooms
- Boiler Houses with domestic through to large commercial boilers calorifiers and pressurization units
HVAC expertise 24/7
We run a 24/7 reactive service for our contract customers, and always aim to attend any emergency call out we receive within a 4 hour response time.
The maintenance package we provide for your infrastructure will keep you legally compliant, and will help to reduce energy bills whilst protecting you from excessive dilapidation costs when the time comes to renegotiate or relinquish your lease.
Our office in an old Maltings building was always freezing in the winter and boiling in the summer. BBS were recommended to us by another company locally who had an air con unit fitted by them previously.
The team were brilliant. They surveyed the office and gave a very reasonable quote for a unit. The installation was quick, mess free and carried out over a weekend so as not to disrupt any business. We’ve since had a second unit installed in our boardroom with the same excellent level of service.
The units keep us cool in summer and warm in winter – perfect!
BBS are a really great team to work with.
